इसके लिए उसने दस्तावज़ों को फर्ज़ी तरीके से बान कर निर्माण किया इससे ज्यादा हैरानी की बात यह है कि अवैध निर्माण किए गए इस रिसॉर्ट में 102 रुम हैं जिनमें 40 रुम अधिक हैं जो अवैध रुप से बनाए गए हैं। महाब्लेश्वर के5 सितारा होटल मे शुमार किए जाने वाले इस होटल का एक दिन का किराया 15 हज़ार रुपए से शुरु होता है।इस होटल की यूसुफ़ लकड़ावाला की बेटी सना लकड़ावा संभाल रही है।
फिलहाल इन सारे मामलों की छानबीन की जा रही है और यह पता लगाने की कोशिश की जा रही है कि लकड़ावाला की और कितनी अवैध प्रापर्टी मुबंई और मुंबई से सटे दूसरे इलाकों में जिनको बानने या हासिल करने के लिए लकडावाला ने फर्ज़ी दस्तावेज़ों का सहारा लिया।
